We want you to be completely satisfied with your MOS MOSH purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, our streamlined return process makes it easy to send your items back to us.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
